Adam Krim, Founder & CEO
Adam Krim is a visionary entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, and capital strategist at the intersection of impact, innovation, and culture. As Founder & CEO of The Aligned Group, he leads a global venture studio and capital interface designed to help founders scale regenerative, purpose-driven ventures without dilution or compromise.
A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Adam brings two decades of experience in business development, strategic communications, and ecosystem design. He previously co-founded The Confluence, a digital PR and experiential marketing firm that served Fortune 500 companies, transformational festivals, and high-growth startups alike — helping to shape some of the most culturally influential movements of the last decade.
Since relocating to Puerto Rico in 2018, Adam has been at the forefront of impact innovation, serving as a founding executive and Board member of the Integro Foundation, which has supported over 180 community organizations across the island. His efforts have helped secure millions in public and private funding through his introductions and capital facilitation.
From spearheading a global water treatment venture in Turkey to supporting emerging founders through non-recourse capital pathways, Adam’s work bridges visionary entrepreneurship with pragmatic execution. Sean Brown, Organizational Strategist & Business Model Architect
Sean Brown is a business enterprise architect and financial strategist who specializes in translating complex ideas into executable models that unlock capital and accelerate growth. As a core member of The Aligned Group’s venture development engine, Sean leads business model architecture, 60-month cash flow forecasting, and investor readiness services that turn vision into verified structure.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning commercial aviation, real estate, publishing, and regenerative development, Sean brings over 30 years of operational leadership to every venture he supports. He served as Director of Publications and IT during the founding of Frontier Airlines, and later flew internationally as a senior captain and instructor pilot for United Airlines.
Sean is also the visionary behind Delphi Southern Nevada — a regenerative city concept and conscious technology showcase — and has spent the past decade advancing sustainable ecosystem design, infrastructure modeling, and zero-waste circular systems. His rare ability to synthesize financial rigor with visionary thinking makes him an indispensable force within The Aligned Group.

With a portfolio that spans 1,500+ videos, global music festivals, and high-profile brand activations, Alex has performed as SPAZZ alongside icons like Deadmau5, Avicii, and Skrillex, and most recently closed the SUPERVERSE Conference in Dubai.
A winner at the 2025 AI Film Awards at Cannes for The Perfect World, Alex blends live visuals, 3D animation, and AI into immersive media experiences. As a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor with advanced proficiency in ClickUp, Canva, Notion, and Google Workspace, Edgar combines technical excellence with a strong sense of service. Since joining The Aligned Group in 2020, he has overseen everything from CRM systems and SOP development to investor research, pitch deck creation, and social media operations—supporting the executive team with precision and agility.
